思考優位な現代人に、大いなる自然のリズムと共生する 「和暦」の智慧を。和暦研究家・高月美樹さん（LUNAWORKS）のWEBサイト『日々和暦』をデザインしました。キャッチコピーは「すべてが調和する、ゆたかな暮らしのために。」日本古来の暦（こよみ）である「和暦」に込められた先人の知恵を、現代に生きる人々に伝えるコラムや写真を多数掲載しています。１年を春夏秋冬の４つに分けたものを「四季」、２４に分けたものを「二十四節気」、７２に分けたものを「七十二候」と言います。日本人は月の満ち欠け、草花のたたずまい、虫の音や鳥の声などに精妙な時の移ろいを読み取り、兆しと名残を感じて暮らしてきました。季節と共に暮らす「円環する」意識の表れとしての、「二十四節気と七十二候」を紹介しています。
【高月美樹さん】
LUNAWORKS代表。ソーシャル・ファシリテーター。万物に命を観るための手帳『和暦日々是好日』の制作・発行人(2003〜)。人生に起こるシンクロニシティや身体感覚を探究し、月と太陽の自然暦、和暦に辿りつく。パラダイム・シフトをテーマに人間が自然の一部として生きる未来の生き方を提案。執筆、監修、講演を行っている。
婦人画報付録『和ダイアリー』（2010〜現在）、『にっぽんの七十二候』（エイ出版）『いやしの七十ニャ候』(KADOKAWA)『まいにち暦生活』（ナツメ社）ほか監修。 NHK『きょうの健康』くらし二十四節気、WEB「暦生活」コラム連載。群馬県川場村の田んぼで無農薬の稲作を続け、動植物の共進化の研究を趣味とする。
The wisdom of Wareki(Japanese traditional almanac), which is in harmony with the great rhythms of nature, is a blessing for people today who think too much.
We designed the website “Hibi Wareki -Every day Japanese almanac-” for Miki Takatsuki（LUNAWORKS）, a Japanese almanac specialist.
The tagline of the site is “For a harmonious and comfortable life. ”The site has various columns and photos that introduce the wisdom of our ancestors in the “Japanese traditional almanac,” to people living in the world today.
One year is divided into four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, and winter), 24 Solar Terms and 72 Pentads.
Japanese people have lived together with the signs and vestiges of the seasons, reading the subtle changes of time in the phases of the moon, the beauty of flowers and other plants, the sounds of insects and birds, and so on.
24 Solar Terms and 72 Pentads are an example of the “encircling” consciousness of living in harmony with the seasons.
